Part of what makes a website successful is the freshness of the content. But to keep a website alive can take a huge amount of time and effort. So it's our desire to spread out the work and form a small army of webmasters who can each take on just a small part of the whole effort, and really make this website do back-flips.

The idea is what we call "adopt a page". What this means is, you can volunteer to take on the responsibility to keep a page, or even part of a page, fully updated and fresh. This helps to ensure that no single person is overwhelmed with too big of the load, and yet everyone can feel like they had a big part of the success of the website.

If you are an experienced website designer or graphics artist, and would like to "adopt a page", you can adopt a whole page, or even just one sidebar area of a page. Graphics artists can adopt a picture, or a logo, and keep it updated.

The requirements for website designers is pretty simple:

1. Time. Don't take on more work than you have time for. You can always take on more later.
2. Good communication skills. You'll need to work with other website designers well.
3. Experience in Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 is a big plus
4. Ability to make flash animations is a plus
5. Experience with FrontPage
6. Good working knowledge of CSS (webpage styles / classes) is a must

The requirements for graphics artists:

1. That you love Jesus, and have a sensitivity to know when a picture is anointed, and when it's not
2. Excellent physical vision. It's important that you can see very fine details in your work
3. Good color sight, with an ability to maintain a solid style and theme across multiple pages
4. Good skill with Corel Draw Photo Editor is a plus
5. Good skill with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
6. Good skill with Adobe After Effects is a bigger plus
